This is why our relationship with our customers also continues after the purchase, regardless of whether the customer is located in Finland or abroad.

In Finland, we take care of all support and maintenance services personally. We arrange a personal training course for everyone who buys a baler wrapper combination or an equipped slurry tanker from us, and from May to the end of September, our 24/7 customer service answers all questions related to our products by phone.

Our foreign customers receive expert service from our retailers in their own language. We provide continuous training to our partners and support them in the organization of support and maintenance services. Our partners also have the most common spare parts in stock, and, if necessary, we can ship new parts from our factory in Haapavesi the same day the order is made.
