The Agronic MultiBaler 820 is a compact device designed for transforming short crops and materials into ‘midi’ sized round bales. Midi bales are perfect for users with a low feed rate, offering excellent manageability thanks to their convenient size and weight.

THE ‘SMALL’ POWERHOUSE

The MultiBaler 820 is the smallest model in Agronic’s lineup of MultiBalers. However, its compact size does not compromise its outstanding performance and reliability. Users around the globe rely on the MultiBaler 820 for a wide range of tasks across diverse applications.

CHOP, BALE & WRAP IN A SINGLE STEP

AGRONIC MultiBalers stand out for their exceptional versatility. They can operate stationary at a fixed location, but are also very flexible in use by being mobile. Whether working alongside a forage harvester on the road or directly paired with a front-mounted or trailed harvester, the MultiBalers handle everything in one seamless pass.

DIRECT DRIVE WITH DIESEL POWERPACK

The AGRONIC MultiBaler 820 can be optionally fitted with a “Diesel Powerpack” — a 3-cylinder diesel engine enclosed in a “silent pack” on the machine. This feature allows the stand-alone operation of the machine without relying on a tractor. The tractor can then be utilized for other tasks, such as loading the machine or transporting the wrapped bales.

2.50 m3 INFEEDING BUNKER

The AGRONIC MultiBaler 820 features a compact feeding bunker with a capacity of 2.50 m³. A bottom chain with conveyor bars efficiently transports material to the bale chamber. This “horizontal” feeding system enables the smooth processing of various types of materials. Loading the feed hopper is possible in various ways.

SUITABLE FOR BOTH STATIONARY AND MOBILE USE

AGRONIC MultiBalers offer versatile functionality, operating effectively both in the field as a mobile unit and at a fixed location as a stationary machine. They can even be integrated into a single operation when paired with a front-mounted or trailed harvester. For stationary use, the ‘AGRONIC Dropbunker’ provides an efficient solution for loading the machine with a silage wagon.

FILM & NET BINDING SYSTEM

AGRONIC MultiBalers come standard with a versatile binding system that supports both net and mantel film. The choice between net or mantel film depends on the type of material being processed or the user’s specific needs. In either case, the binding system of the MultiBaler 820 ensures a clean, professional finish for the pressed bale before wrapping.

WRAPPING FOR THE BEST QUALITY

Efficient wrapping is key to producing high-quality bales. In the final stage of the process, the bale is wrapped in film. After leaving the bale chamber, it moves seamlessly to the wrapping position. The AGRONIC MultiBaler’s innovative bale transfer system maximizes capacity. Additionally, the automatic wrapping system features film breakage detection, ensuring smooth operation with minimal downtime.
