There are two models of AGRONIC bale wrappers: 1022.2 and 1025.2. The 1022.2 can handle bales up to a maximum dia. of 140-cm. For larger bales, a renewed 1025.2 bale wrapper is available, with a bale lifter featuring increased lifting power. The 1025 can easily handle 2x 155-cm diameter bales (one on the wrapping table, and one being carried in the bale lifter).

A bogie axle, with a suspended double frame, and a low bale drop-off height, are all part of a focus on providing effective work. Wrapping while driving, even transporting an extra bale, that can
be done behind the tractor or the baler, all without modications.

BEHIND THE TRACTOR OR BEHIND THE BALER.

AGRONIC wrappers work behind the tractor or behind the baler without modifications. The wrapper can be removed from the baler in a couple of minutes and attached to the tractor as it is.

AUTOMATIC MONITORING

Microprocessor control takes care of the routines on behalf of the driver. For example, when the plastic runs out, the machine stops and informs about the operator. Once the plastic has been added, the wrapping continues from where it was. The operating monitor located in the tractor’s cab informs the driver of the machine’s operating phases at all times. The wrappers have fully automatic two-bale management.

SUPERIOR CHARACTERISTICS

The undercarriage, the suspension of the wrapping arm on the double frame, and the low center of gravity enable a high driving speed. Bale handling time is only about 40 seconds. Two bales can be transported in the wrapper and it fits without modifications behind both the baler and the tractor. Large 26 × 12.00-12 tires as standard, and the surface pressure is only about 0.8 kg/cm2.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT

Film pre-stretchers (500/750-mm), tandem axle, hydraulic drawbar control, film roll magazine, lights, and fenders.

Optional accessories: Bale turner.
